Plot individual SQUID selected noise spectrum. View interactively, or plot to pdf file.

usage::

        HDF_SQUIDspectrum [-h] [-ampbias AMPBIAS] [-ampflux AMPFLUX]
                          [-febias FEBIAS] [-feflux FEFLUX] [--pdf] [-f FILE]

   Plot of a selected SQUID noise spectrum

   optional arguments:
     -h, --help            show this help message and exit
     -ampbias AMPBIAS      the ampbias value for which to plot the spectrum
     -ampflux AMPFLUX      the ampflux value for which to plot the spectrum
     -febias FEBIAS        the febias value for which to plot the spectrum
     -feflux FEFLUX        the feflux value for which to plot the spectrum
     --pdf                 Output plot fo PDF file
     -n, --nonorm          if set, do not normalize spectra on calibration tone
                           flux
     -ct CALTONE CALTONE, --caltone CALTONE CALTONE
                           search range for calibration tone
     -f FILE, --file FILE  HDF5 file with SQUID data
