mXHDF_Eventpar : run the HDF_Eventpar script using multiple cpu's

Run the :ref:`XHDF_Eventpar <hdf_eventpar>` processing script from the **mpiexec** environment. Processing parameters
are identical as for :ref:`XHDF_Eventpar <hdf_eventpar>`. 

Running on multiple processors only makes sense when the HDF5 data are located on an SSD disc, and this SSD is
attached to the machine doing the processing.
