runHDF_Crosstalk : processing HDF_Crosstalk on host asellus

Run from the standard analysis directory on host **asellus** the
multiprocesor :ref:`HDF_Crosstalk <hdf_crosstalk>` script.
 
In addition, the :ref:`Crosstalkmatrix <crosstalkmatrix>` script is run, to
make the final crosstalk matrix.

When providing no parameters a standard set is used. When providing your own parameters the
full path of the file to be analyzed as to be provided.

To process a file:

* ssh with your own user_id to host asellus
* first 'cd' to the directory where the analysis results should go (on /data/....)
* next start the script: **runHDF_Crosstalk**
