Processing scripts for asellus

A special set of scripts exists for the standard procesing processing on processing host asellus. These make use of the ssd disc on this sytem and use the prescribed data and analysis paths. Also the multi-processor option is used:

• runHDF_Eventpar : HDF_Eventpar on host asellus
• runHDF_NEP : processing HDF_NEP on host asellus
• runHDF_Crosstalk : processing HDF_Crosstalk on host asellus
• cleanSSD: clean SSD disc on host asellus
• Analysis2Archive: write analysis results to archive
