XRISM observations of accreting black holes

In this talk, I will give an overview of how XRISM will revolutionize our understanding of the fueling, accretion and ejection of black holes across the mass scale. In particular, I will focus on the the targets that will be observed during the early Performance Verification phase of the mission. In 2022, there will be a call for community involvement in the PV phase observations through the XRISM Guest Scientist Program.
