HDF_SQUIDnoise : plot SQUID measurement noise plots¶
Pipeline script for plotting images of SQUID noise spectra versus other parameters.
usage:
HDF_SQUIDnoise [-h] [-i INDEX] [-ct CALTONE CALTONE] [--xlim XLIM XLIM]
[--vrange VRANGE VRANGE] [-c COMPRESS] [-n] [-f FILE]
Plot overview of SQUID noise spectra
optional arguments:
-h, --help show this help message and exit
-i INDEX, --index INDEX
first index of spectral data to select
-ct CALTONE CALTONE, --caltone CALTONE CALTONE
search range for calibration tone
--xlim XLIM XLIM limits for X-axis (frequency) of the plotted images
--vrange VRANGE VRANGE
value range for color scale
-c COMPRESS, --compress COMPRESS
number of plot sampled points along X-axis in the
images
-n, --nonorm if set, do not normalize spectra on calibration tone
flux
-tr TRANSRESISTANCE, --transresistance TRANSRESISTANCE
transresistance [M-1 [uA/Phi0]]. When provided, show
1D plot of calibrated trans resistance versus FE-flux
-nf NOISEATFREQUENCY, --noiseatfrequency NOISEATFREQUENCY
Creates 1D SQUID noise flux plot at the specified
frequency (kHz) Default is normalized flux noise. In
conjuction with the -n option, the unit is voltage
noise spectral density.
-f FILE, --file FILE HDF5 file with SQUID data
