mHDF_NEP : run the HDF_NEP script using multiple cpu’s

Run the HDF_NEP processing script from the mpiexec environment. Processing parameters are identical as for HDF_NEP.

Running on multiple processors only makes sense when the HDF5 data are located on an SSD disc, and this SSD is attached to the machine doing the processing.
